Destination and eligibility
Whether the entered destination is supported, whether a physical delivery address is required, and any address restrictions that actually apply.
Shipping & delivery
Curbidz will publish only dispatch and delivery information supported by its actual production capacity, carrier setup, destinations, and inventory. Those facts are not final today.
This page is a working draft, not a final policy or legal conclusion. Checkout is disabled until the missing business and product facts are finalized and the required review is complete.
Before payment
The final checkout experience will separate production time from carrier transit and present order-specific facts before acceptance.
Whether the entered destination is supported, whether a physical delivery address is required, and any address restrictions that actually apply.
The shipping method, charge, tax treatment where applicable, realistic dispatch basis, and carrier delivery estimate—without presenting an estimate as a guarantee.
Product price, selected options, shipping charge, applicable tax, discounts, and final total together before the customer authorizes payment.
Order handling
The customer reviews the shipping address before payment. Curbidz will explain whether an address correction is still possible after production starts and will not promise corrections that a carrier or completed label cannot support.
Personalized production is tracked separately from carrier transit. An item is not described as shipped merely because a label exists; customer-facing status will distinguish label creation from carrier possession when the integration provides that evidence.
When supported by the selected service, the customer receives a carrier name, tracking reference, and status link. Tracking events are carrier information, not a promise by Curbidz that a particular delivery date is guaranteed.
If Curbidz cannot ship within the time promised for an accepted order, the operating process will issue the required delay communication and present the applicable choice between consenting to the delay and cancellation with a prompt refund. A policy page will not be used to hide that operational duty.
The final policy will distinguish carrier delay, apparent loss, delivery to an incorrect address, theft after documented delivery, and transit damage. It will state what information is needed and which remedies are available for each event, subject to applicable law.
