Independent status

Patriotic style is not official status.

Curbidz is being developed as an independent commercial brand. Decorative colors, stripes, stars, names, or civic themes do not create government, military, municipal, or emergency-service approval.

Brand boundaries

What decorative design does—and does not—mean

Patriotic styling

Red, white, blue, stars, stripes, civic language, and similar visual ideas may communicate a decorative style. They do not mean a design is an official flag, seal, insignia, uniform marking, or government product.

Protected symbols and names

Product and marketing review will screen for protected official seals, military marks, badges, insignia, emblems, confusing names, and third-party trademarks. Approval to use them will not be assumed.

Claims of origin

Patriotic presentation does not itself support a “Made in USA,” “American made,” or equivalent origin claim. Any origin statement must be separately qualified and substantiated from the actual supply chain before publication.

Product role

A decorative graphic is not an official safety device

Curbidz is intended to offer a personalized decorative address graphic. It is not represented as an official address assignment, building-code approval, traffic-control device, road sign, emergency marker, postal certification, illuminated sign, fire-department program, or replacement for any display, marker, sign, paint, or numbering method required by law or an authority.

Reflective material does not guarantee visibility, delivery, navigation, emergency response, rescue, crime prevention, or another safety outcome. Real-world performance depends on lighting geometry, placement, weather, cleanliness, obstruction, surface condition, viewing conditions, and other factors. Any future objective performance claim must be supported before use.

Customer responsibility

Authority must come from the actual property and local rules

Before installation

  • Verify the address and lawful location.
  • Check municipal and other applicable marking rules.
  • Obtain any required owner, landlord, HOA, or government permission.
  • Confirm the graphic will not cover, alter, or confuse an official marking.

After installation

A customer remains responsible for responding to a lawful direction from the property controller or an authority concerning location, maintenance, or removal. Final care and removal instructions will depend on the tested product and surface specification.

Third-party references

Names belong to their owners

A factual reference to a city, carrier, platform, material supplier, payment provider, standard, or other third party does not imply sponsorship. Third-party names, marks, and logos belong to their respective owners. Curbidz will use a third-party mark only when authorized or otherwise legally permitted and will avoid presentation that creates a misleading association.

This notice will be reviewed alongside the final designs, photography, packaging, origin statements, product copy, and advertising. A disclaimer cannot cure a misleading overall impression, so the design itself must remain independent and clear.
