Choices matched to the information
The final process will explain what is available, what verification is needed, and which lawful exceptions may apply.
Correct
Ask for inaccurate personal information to be corrected while preserving records that must remain accurate and auditable.
Delete
Request deletion subject to transaction, security, tax, dispute, legal-hold, and other applicable exceptions.
Marketing choice
Marketing will require a separate voluntary choice. Every promotional message will provide an unsubscribe path.
Sale or sharing choice
Curbidz does not plan to sell personal information or use cross-context behavioral advertising at launch.
Browser signals
The launch review will test recognition of applicable browser-based opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control.
Before activation
The operational gate
- Publish the responsible business identity and verified request channels.
- Map every live data store, service provider, retention rule, and deletion path.
- Implement proportionate identity verification without collecting unnecessary data.
- Test authorized-agent handling, appeals where required, and processor propagation.
- Log deadlines, decisions, exceptions, completion evidence, and non-retaliation controls.
